Do you think women should wear adult diapers while watching a video to keep men from having to pause it?

I think a woman should go to the bathroom before a video starts and if she can't hold it during the movie, she should wear an adult diaper b/c it is rude to make other people pause the movie b/c it can ruin the 'feel' or 'mood' of a scene.
