cloth diapers?
I just read another question about cloth diapers and it made me think... can I begin to use cloth diapers on my almost 2 year old? Will they absorb an older baby's urine? And can I affix them on her in such a way she can't take them off like she does regular diapers?

- You can get pocket diapers and stuff them with extra microfiber absorbent liners to make them appropriate for a 2 year old. If you buy the kind of diapers (or covers) with snaps and not velcro, it might be harder for her to get out of them! An advantage to using them is that the AREN'T as absorbent as disposables so she will feel when she's wet and it helps to potty train faster because they make the connection between peeing and wet, etc...
- Instead of cloth Diapers try some of those thick training pants. she will train faster that way and if she thinks she is a big girl she will keep them on. Oh and its alot cheeper then buying a bunch of cloth diapers that you wont use for even a year.
