Diapers Q&A

Best Book on Preparing for Pregnancy?

I want to educate myself on how to prepare my body, life, and future for a child. From what cloth diapers to use to what vitamins and foods to be taking every day. I want to devote a year to making my body and life healthy enough for possible pregnancy. What is the best book to educate/prepare myself for pregnancy? I'd like to stay somewhat organic throughout my pregnancy as well.
