"Which is better to used when cloth diapering a baby at night? AIO or Fitted?
I am new to cloth diapering. Very New. My initial purchase was a few thirsties diaper covers and some prefolds. I haven't tried to use the prefolds at night. My kid is one. I pretty much gave up on the snappi's and trying to wrap the prefold around baby. (I have trouble even wrapping presents). So far, I just been folding my prefold into 3rds and placing it right in the diaper cover (I had to cut the prefold down to do make it fit in the diaper cover.) I just don't think doing this will make keep her dry at night. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using fitted diapers or AIO at night. She's 12 months. Also what are plain Kushies. are they an AIO?

- I find the AIO to be the best.....my babies don't usually poop at night, so it's great for keeping them dry. I always added an extra fleece liner at night to wick away the moisture, as well. When they were brand-new, though, (under 6 weeks) I just used regular cloth diapers (Kushies) because we were awake every couple of hours to nurse anyway. The AIO are a pain in the butt to dry out after washing, and the plain Kushies are easier to wash. Kushies are just a brand name....maybe they are just Canadian? They are extra thick velcro....my absolute favorite. Mine are not AIO, but they so sell them, as well Kushies plastic velcro wraps to go with them. How old is your baby? **I added a link to the Kushies website**** I never ordered them online, I just bought them at Sears or Zellers.
