Diapers Q&A

Is there a place that helps you with diapers in Ct?

Just thought there might be but didn't know, to get free diapers or cheap ones or something?

  1. Try this place: www.cottonbabies.com I've saved hundreds of dollars, and it's sooo convenient! And cute, fun, smells better, healthier, I could go on and on!
  2. None that I know of, maybe welfare if you qualify. I use Parent's Choice from Walmart and for the size 1's they were like $7 I believe and in the size 3's that my daughter is in now is only $10 for a pack of 80... about $6-8 cheaper then pampers and they work just as good.. slightly more bulky, but they never leak.
  3. Good question! I was kind of wondering the same thing about that in my area of Nw Ohio. Maybe you could ask your church. If you don't have one get involved in one and then ask. Churches do lots for people in need. Also here in my area of Oh we haev places called Heartbeat. They have a program called Heart to Heart for pregnant women (not sure if you are). They come to a one on one class and earn point whcih they can then use to buy items for their baby from Heartbeat's store. Try calling your local Planned Parenthood if you have one close by or local WIC office. Maybe they can give you a referral.
  4. Check local churches. I live in Connecticut and I just gave a TON of brand new, never opened, boxes of diapers that my son grew out of too fast to our local church. They said that they take whatever they get and give to needy families. I also gave my infant swing and a bunch of other newborn stuff to them.
