Diapers Q&A

Petunia Pickle Bottom Bag???

Does anyone have a petunia pickle bottom bag? If so which one. I am trying to decide which to get for my b-day in a few weeks. I am particularly fond of the Cake collection, and the Cosmopolitan style bag (looks like an old Dr. bag). I have a almost 12 month old, so she dosnt require much to go out. Just some diapers wipe and a sippy cup and snack. However we are TTC so if that works we will again need all of the newborn escentials (I will breastfeed so no formula or bottles most likely). I love the Cake bags in cream tweed with black cut velvet, or the tan and blue with cream tweed. I also like the sameo clutch/cross town clutch (same size and style). But I am not sure if that would be ok if/when #2 rolls around. I like to use my diaper bag as a purse so I would also need to fit in my wallet keys and a few small escentials of my own. Which style do you feel functions best overall. Maybe rate the one you have on: functionality style ease of cleaning wearability overall Say.. 1-10 My question wouldnt get any answers in a fashion section, like seriously. And I have just as much right to ask my question as anyone else does theres. If you dont like the Q dont click on it and then waste both our times by answering

  1. Please ask a relevant question....there are ppl who need real advice on babies and toddlers, etc. This question belongs in the fashion section. I'm sorry if I sound rude. But really.
  2. not exactly sure what one is so i looked it up and they are cute...i liked the candy ginger roll... looks like it would go with anything
  3. I don't actually have one of my own, just couldn't get myself to pay that much for a diaper bag, but I have drooled over them, especially as one of my friends has one. :) I would recommend the boxy backpack since you're TTC a second. The cake collection is hip and cool looking, but doesn't look like it'll hold much. I think the ability to switch between an over the handle type to backpack type is really cool, especially with two, when you don't have room in/on a stroller to put a bag. Or, when you put the baby in a carrier and the toddler in the front seat of a store shopping cart and need the space in your cart for groceries etc. Functionality: Great. The ways to carry it and the fold out/zip off changing pad are awesome. It can carry quite a bit. Style: Love it! Ease of Cleaning: Nonexistent. The silk ones stain and snag easily, but if you go for one of the tweed looking ones I bet they'll hold up longer. The whole thing is cloth and needs to be drycleaned otherwise you'll ruin the fabric. Overall: A great bag if you can stomach the price tag.
