How to best treat discoloration of a wool cloth-diaper cover?
My kid's wool cover, for his cloth-diapers, has discolored over the past year or so, due to constant contact with urine. We wash the covers about once a month. Is there a way to restore the cover back, without destroying the cover or the environment, to its original color...or at least as close as possible? Thanks! :' )

- dye.
- im not really sure about that - i use wool for overnight and have not had a problem but i wash and lanolize every 2 weeks....maybe that could be your problem? the lanolin is not lasting long enough, thereby causing the staining? (my covers are beige and varigated tho...) but i also use ivory soap as well.....just make sure all soap is out - then lanolize - you are washing by hand and lanolizing?? if doing all of the above - i would recommend dying as well.....not sure what kind or type....maybe with tea since that would be a more natural color and you do not have to have hot water to use it....
