What is the best type of cloth diaper and where is a good place to buy them?
I've been trying to research cloth diapers to make the switch. But they seem kind of expensive.(about $300 for a 24 pack) for the "best brand" I don't remember the name. Thanks for your input.

Something like this. Other options would be availible at your local natural food store/ health food store remember that since they are reusable you don't need to buy very many. also make sure to read the care sheet very well. In the babies first year of life alone cloth diapers will save you $1500 dollars or more. so you would be getting your money back if you did have to pay $300 for a pack of 24 allthough i don't think this would be the case. It may also be cheaper to buy individual ones instead of a pack.
- I use the gDiaper covers with regular pre-folds (I use Gerber) or I use some Kushies cloth inserts, I have 6 gDiaper covers and about 30 cloth pre-folds and inserts. It works well for me, I've only had to wash the gDiaper cover once and my son in 7 weeks. http://www.gdiapers.com/ http://www.kushiesonline.com/Washable-Basic-Liners-5pk-p/d535.htm http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2457809
- I loved Tiny Tush Elites. They are about $20 per diaper... BUT the exact same diaper is adjustable to be worn from birth to 35 pounds! Thats about 2.5 years. They are a pocket diaper so they dry pretty wuick but are incredibly absorbant. I had figured it out. I spent less than $125 total for each of my kids using these diapers because they held up so well that I could reuse them! I never once had a leak or diaper rash with them. I'll never use anything else.
