Diapers Q&A

What diapers and wipes are best to buy for a baby with sensitive skin?

My mother used cloth diapers. But they were cheaper at the time than they are now. And she had diaper service. There is no longer one in town. And the skin sensitivity is inherieted. What should I do?

  1. Pampers Unscented Aloe are very good for wipes. White Cloud diapers from Walmart are not bad. Plus we use PinXav (pronounced Pink Salve) cream for diaper rash and sensitive skin and it clears really quick, a tub lasts forever (my parents used it on all the kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews), you can get it off the internet also.
  2. use pampers sensitive they are really soft or you may want to use damp wash clothes if there that sensitive. for diapers thats hard bc i buy huggies and pampers and they are kinda rough even though my baby doesnt semm bothered by it BUT she loves being with no diaper but she cant b/c she will have too many accidents i DONT want to clean up after
  3. Pampers has wipes that are meant for sensitive skin. They say sensitive on the box. Also Pampers swaddler diapers seem to be alot softer than the regular ones.
  4. I have tried every brand of diapers and wipes out there because all four of my children have sensitive butts. the only ones that worked are Luvs diapers and Huggies supreme care wipes!
  5. Pampers, Pampers, Pampers! My daughter has the same thing. We use Pampers sensitive wipes and Pampers diapers. If size NB, 1 or 2 then the Swaddlers are the best! Go on Pampers.com and they will give you advice on what to use and if you sign up they send you coupons almost every month. The best diapers out there.
  6. cloth...just wash them yourself..as many times as you want with what ever you want...there are also 7th generation diapers and wipes witch are chemical and purfume free..but very expencive....pampers makes my child break out in an unsightly rash.. so i do cloth...there much cheeper and i just wash them myself its really not hard at all... http://clothdiaper.com <---great prefold diapers http://www.babybestbuy.com <----good cheep diaper wrap covers http://www.bumkins.com <---amazing covers for previnting diaper rash http://www.greenmountaindiapers.com/seconds.htm see how all kinds of cloth diapers look on babies and how they work
