What are the best brands for diapers and wipes in Canada?

Right now I'm using Pampers Baby Dry diapers and Pampers Sensitive wipes. Both products are great but they also cost more than other brands. I'd like to find something cheaper, but I don't want to waste money trying every product on the market, so that's why I'm asking for what your experiences have been with other brands?? Are there any good generic or store brand diapers and wipes available in Canadian stores? So far I've only tried Walmart's Parents Choice brand and I found the diapers were too small and the wipes irritated my baby's skin. Has anyone tried Zellers' Truly brand, Shoppers Drug's Life brand, Loblaws' Teddys Choice, or any other store brands?

1. well, I go with the cheapest. They are the exact same. If you pay attention to what the labels say you can see they are the same as the expensive ones... My husband use to work for guys potato chips and they also made the cheaper version of guys potato chips for people that didn't want to spend so much. They are pretty much the exact same thing. I use the cheapest ones, and my son seems to not have a problem with it.
2. I used Teddy's Choice a lot. They're quite good, just run a little smaller than Huggies or Pampers, but otherwise same quality. Oh, and they don't have The Lion King or whatever that the others have, just generic animals.
3. pampers products made my girl have a rash...huggies is a good brand but so is parents choice, the only difference between huggies and parents choice is the price!!!! my daughter is now in pull ups, so i use the parents choice pullups! i wont switch to any other brand....Parents Choice, great quality and great price
4. if u have tried all those other brandes and finding that it irritated your babys skin you might not be able to use any other ones, i have that same problem my baby can only use the huggies or pampers it sucks but i would rather spend a little extra so her bum isnt sore... you only other choice would be to use cloth diapers, those are by far the cheapest and most citys have a diaper service
5. Teddys' Choice diapers from Superstore is what we use on both our little ones and have had no troubles with them. For wipes, we use the Equate brand from Walmart. We buy the refills that come in a plastic bag.
