Diapers Q&A

What are some cheaper brand diapers that are good for sensitive skin?

My son has very sensitive skin and breaks out in diaper rashes a lot (even though I do change him frequently). So far Pampers, and Luvs all break him out. Huggies have gaps at the legs and he leaks through them. Seventh Generation work great, but we just can't afford them. Any suggestions of store brand diapers that work well, and are good for sensitive skin?

  1. TARGET!!!!! those brands are cheap work GREAT & theyre great for sensitive skin I use them all the time plus you get more for a lower price unlike your ordinary cheap brand where you pay about the sasme and get nothing
  2. i have to agree, the Target brand is absolutely wonderful!
  3. I do not yet have a child of my own but my best friend has the same problem with her son. It seemed that every brand would break him out. She bought the Cvs store brand of diapers and has had great success with them. They are inexpensive and do not break him out. So they may be worth giving a try. Good luck.
  4. The CVS and Brooks (Now Rite Aid) brands both worked well for my kids...
  5. My daughters both have sensitive skin. We tried just about everything under the sun, from the most expensive to the cheap store brands. They had a reaction to Pampers, Luvs, and Huggies, etc. The only two brands we found that DID NOT break them out were White Cloud and Parents Choice. Both available at Wal*Mart, and budget priced. Good Luck finding something that works for your son! :)
  6. Both my kids had/have sensitive skin. We used Parents Choice. We still use the Parents Choice fragrance free wipes. My boys were shaped differently. One thin and long the other a chunky monkey and Parents Choice fit both of them fine. Parents Choice diapers are probably the cheapest you'll find.
  7. Huggies are the BEST..I say plan a budget to keep your child in the best..Good luck anyway..
