- I am confused. Do you wear these garments because you are incontinent or because you get pleasure from that? If you are incontinent, then you must see your physician, a urologist would usually be the person to see for urinary incontincence and a general surgeon for fecal incontinence. If you like to wear these items, this is called a paraphilia, and if it is disturbing to you or others, the best person to go to would be a psychiatrist or (psychological) therapist.
