I had a bladder infection and will have to wear adult diapers for a few weeks, should I be embarassed?

Since meds will take a few weeks to solve the problem, and its causing considerable bladder incontinence. I am getting a pack of depends tomorrow, I guess, and I am REALLY embarassed about it. Should I be?

6. No, you should not be embarrassed. Provided you wear it under your trousers not over them you should be fine.
7. i was cleaning my elderly employers closet with her (i work as a maid) and i came across a bag of depends. she was very embaressed and hurridly explanned that she only wears them when she goes out just for extra precuation. i felt bad! i wanted to say somethin to make her feel better, like im gona be old one day and its normal or soemthign but i couldnt think of anythign to make it sound rite XD i dont think u should feel embaressd. everybody feels for u, and its just for liek a week till ur meds werk

10. Nope. Look at people who used to die for lack of treatments for diseases. Look at this as training for when you are older and this will pale in comparison to the indignities you might have to face when you really are unable to control your bodily functions. It seems to me you don't have to reveal this to anyone so the question of being embarassed shouldn't really matter. Just get better and move on. Good luck too.
11. No your sick and you have to wear them for awhile. Think of them like a cast. You have to wear them as a precaution. Plus if you are too embarrassed then just stock up on supplies and stay in for the duration of your illness.
