diapers...?
What is the main difference between the Pampers Swaddlers and Pampers baby dry? To me, the only difference is the swaddlers is white with the chracters and baby dry has chracters all over. But what about the actual diaper and holding the pee and poop? I mean, the baby dry seems a little thinner, I am not sure. Anyone know?

- I always wondered that, but I guess maybe the way they are cut...
- The papers swaddlers have an extra layer that draws moisture away from baby's bottom. I found them AWESOME for my breastfed baby for the first few months! Made changing poopy diapers way less messy. And my daughter pooped 8+ times a day for months. Now that my baby is older, I use pampers baby dry (they are cheaper that swaddlers) or huggies.
- To me the baby dry does feel thinner and maybe even a little more rigid. The swaddlers definitely conform to the baby and seem more comfortable. From what I read on the website, it seems like the baby dry is for overnight use -- meaning it can go for a long time without being changed and won't leak. Although the texture of the baby dry diaper seemed more similar to the Huggies (with which we had many accidents) than the swaddlers, they didn't leak even once when I used them. They work just as well if not better than the swaddlers in terms of leak protection. In terms of comfort, I'd lean towards the swaddlers.
- I actually tried both, baby dry is only good for babies that are not as hyper(more laidback),the swaddlers are more stretchy all around and holds more pee,i actually like the swaddlers way better...they are soft and the baby dry gave my daughter rashes around the waist.
- I love papers Swaddler's!!! I tried the baby dry only cuz i got them from my aunt as a gift. THey didn't fit my daughter well at all cuz the sides aren't stretchy. The swaddlers draw everything away from the babys bottom so it's less likely for them to get a rash. I also found that the baby dry ones leaked. My dd is 8 months old and in size 2 diapers and I don't think that im gonna switch anytime soon.
