Diapers Q&A

We are currently using Huggies Brand diapers but they leak every time our baby poops or pees. What is the best

  1. Personally I use Pampers Swaddlers or Cruzers. I had the same problem with huggies.....i love their wipes though
  2. get a bigger size. thats what the problem is
  3. Try Mamy Poko from Disney.
  4. I am a mom of 4 children and huggies works the best but be sure you put them on snug. that goes for any brand.
  5. try pampers or luvs. i have had good luck with both brands.
  6. pampers work great my sister used to have the same problem with her daughter it might also be that you need to change to a larger size diaper because they are peeing or pooping more than the diaper can hold
  7. You could probably try using LUV's or Pampers those are the other best products they have. Oh you could always try using the Wal-Mart Brand I think its called White Cloud. But I love the huggies brand baby wipes especially the Shea Butter one.. Good Luck
  8. TRY HUGGIES SUPREME...THE OTHER ONE SUCK ASS!
  9. I had the same problem and switched to Pampers and they work great. They don't even explode after overnight use.
  10. huggies was the brandi i use to use when i first had my son....but after they get older and lotsa pee needs to be held...they dont work.... i swear by Luvs!!! they are cheap and they have a leak gaurentee!!!they work soooo great !!!
  11. I had the same problem with my son when he was in his early months and my friend had the same problem to, but until they both gained alittle weight they still did it. But if this isn't the case you might just adjust the way you put any diaper on him.
  12. YOU NEED TO GO TO THE NEXT SIZE UP. I'm a mom of five. That happens when baby is too big for diaper.
  13. I feel ya there, diapers can be pretty good, however, I swear I have seen some leakage, that I would ask myself, did my child do a handstand while pooping? And especially with little girls, it just comes out the sides and all over the crib.
  14. I use Target brand or the store brand . They worked the best for me and they are the cheeps .
  15. I had the same problem. First make sure that the diaper is up high enough in the back. also make sure that the diaper is tight enough I found that luvs works good
  16. I change my grandkid. I guess there's a Luvs 'leak proof' guarantee (you can get a refund..) ha. You oughta check those dudes out, (since at least ya can get your nine bucks back, man.) I think it's all in the way you 'angle' the tapes down when you put the kid's dipey's on.. My 2 year old's got skinny legs and if I don't angle the Velcro tape strips on about a 45-degree slant, EV-erything drips down that kid's legs! (not too pleasant.. ewww) try it.. Just make sure you can stick a fingertip in so you know the poor kid's circulation isn't getting cut off.. ha.
  17. its probably not the diaper, but the way you are putting it on as I have been using Huggies for years and now that my daughter is toilet trainned and only in a diaper at night i find that they work best out of any nappy. it is important that the diaper is not only big enough but that you put it on snug and in the centre. check that the absorbent part of the diaper is in the centre of your baby's bottom and that the leg elastics are snug and pulled out. also, be sure to change the diaper regularly...they can only hold so much... there is not really a huge difference in the leading brands of diapers (you really do get what you pay for) but if your baby is in diapers all the time a money saving suggestion is using the store brand of diaper during the day and a more expensive one such as Huggies or Pampers at night... good luck...
  18. I use cloth but do buy luvs when going on a trip.
  19. Pampers! 100% Satisfied. If you call Huggies 800 # on the package and tell them what you're experienceing with their product, they will offer to send you coupons for other Huggie products. They don't like to lose business.
  20. i tried all and the best are Pampers
  21. For my daughter and son I used Luvs, I have tried every brand out their, and Luvs is the best!!
  22. Pampers Swaddlers hands down.
  23. pampers or luvs. luvs are usually cheaper. huggies suck.
  24. honestly, the best i have ever used is the walmart brand, {whitecloud}, huggies leaked on both my children
  25. Let me tell you, with my first baby I used Huggies. I had the same problem you do. I wanted the best for her but just because it cost more don't make it the best. Well I went to LUVS. They have blues clues on them. I had another baby and I wasnt so picky. I went stright to LUVS. They are cheap and the BEST on leaks. Try them you will like them, I am sure of it. You can get them at wal-mart.
  26. personally i have always used a brand called white cloud. only sells at walmart. they are the best. my mother in law uses luvs and they leak and smell bad when urine mixes with the scent of the diapers.. try white cloud, they are pretty cheap.
  27. PAMPERS
  28. The same thing happens to my baby. Pampers Swaddlers are great. I don't know how old your baby is though, Swaddlers go to size 2 only. Huggies Supreme is slightly better than the Baby Shaped Diapers. Have you tried those?
  29. First make sure that you are using the right size. Second switch to Pampers they are the best.
  30. when my twins were newborn i really liked the swaddlers. it seemed like when they were tiny they had problems with peeing through everything and the swaddlers helped. make sure you are using the right size of diaper. my twins are now 1yr old. they are 20lbs. a piece and are wearing huggies gigglastics #3. (i don't like the supremes, they don't move as well!) those seem to work perfect right now. (just to give you a gauge!) good luck, everyone has their own opinion about their favorite diapers!!!!
  31. I don't know if you have a Costco membership or not, but if you do, get there brand of diapers (Kirkland). They are the best diapers hands down, and like the Target brand, they are MUCH cheaper in cost. The quality is suberb. My 10 month old baby boy used to leak (especially at night) in Huggies, Pampers, everything. Since I've switched to the Costco brand, we've had NO problems. If you aren't a member, befriend someone who is and get them to buy them for you (then pay them back!). ;)
  32. i like to use pampers swaddlers or cruzers but i also like parents choice and white cloud(walmarts brand) but it could be ur not putting them on right or tight enoough but i love huggies wipes
  33. I like Wal-mart's Parent's Choice brand. I have twin 11 month olds: a boy and a girl, and I haven't had any of the problems with them that I had with Pampers and Huggies. They are also cheaper which is a big plus. For a super mega-pack (80 diapers) it costs around $6.00.
  34. Try the huggies overnight diapers, and make sure the fit is snug.
  35. I would switch to pampers or luvs those are the best diapers for sure. I have never had my kids leak with either one of those diapers.
  36. I had the same problem with Huggies and Luvs. I tried Pampers Swadlers. They conform better to the skin. They had stretchy sides. They are a little more expensive than the others, but coupons are easy to find. Of course when they work better you don't have to use as many and wash as many clothes.
  37. I had the same problem with huggies. It would always go up her back. I use pamper crusiers and i love them.
  38. ok first...huggies suck.no joke.up until size 2 swaddlers are by far the best.after that any pampers or luvs work the same.the luvs are way cheaper.
  39. Luvs worked best for me.
  40. I had troubles with all of the major brands- I now use and love white cloud I never have had a leak with them- it is a benefit that they are cheap and even more so that they work.
  41. I USE THE CHEAP KIND PARENTS CHOICE ITS HYPO-ALLERGENIC, I ALSO GET THEM A SIZE BIGGER , WHEN SHE WAS A NEWBORN I HAD HER IN STAGE 1 BECAUSE HER DIAPERS KEPT ON LEAKING OR THE SIDE TABS WOULD EVENTUALLY GIVE OUT BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT STICK RIGHT!
  42. It may not be that you need to change the brand of diaper. You might need to go up a size. I had this problem with my son, we went up a diaper size and all was well again. If that doesnt work try white cloud from wal-mart. they work just as well in my experience.
