Whats a good diaper for a pekignese dog that can't control her bowel and urination movements?

My three year old pekignese recently became paralyzed this past week from half her back to her back hind legs. She can't control her urge to go to the bathroom let alone where she goes. I love her and i'm trying to help her but I need to come up with a solution so my house doesn't smell and stain terribly. I bought her a garment diaper yesterday but everything is soaking through. Please leave a suggestion. Something not too expensive would be great. Thanks

1. Aw... I have a pekingese and this makes me sad.. i don't know about diapers but maybe you could try training pads in your house. that way she wont have to go outside all the time. and maybe it would help. =/
