Diapers for a VERY VERY fragile dog...?

Diapers for a VERY VERY fragile dog....? One of my rottweilers just came out of surgery yesterday, he ate a rock a pretty big one to, about 3.5 inches in diameter.... Anyways he used to be in outside dog living in his cooled/heated dog house and wandering the yard all day, but after this incident we are deciding to keep both our rotties inside. So we are deciding to get some diapers for him, because last night while he was sleeping and he soiled in his sleep. How do these diapers work? I only seen images on google. Because his has about an 8inch line(where they cut open his stomach) on his tummy, I just want a diaper were it will cover his *** and penis. I dont want it to touch his stomach, because it still needs to heal... Reason for diapers is, that he isnt really potty trained... He woke up this morning so I took him outside to go potty, and all he did was want to walk around, but the vet said he wasn't allowed to for 12 days. He has only gone number 1, but hasn't taken a shii* Do they also sell disposable or reusable diapers?
