- Have you introduces her to lactose because that happened to my nephew and they told us he was lactose intolerant
- It could be teething causing the problem and not what she is eating. It can cause diarrhea and it can take a while for the teeth to come in. They say the BRAT diet for diarrhea Banana Rice Applesauce I don't know the T but I am sure someone else will post the same answer.
- Mine did that from when they were born until they start ating solid food. Babies are on a mostly liquid diet(milk) plus soft baby food. Therefore, the bowel tend to be more watery. But being that its 6 to 7 times a day she may have a bug. Also, apple and grape juice will make them go, and even oatmeal
- Thing BRAT ... bananas, rice, applesauce, tea ... those four things given when a baby or child has diarrhea will help 'thicken the feces' and stop the 'runny bowel syndrome' ... and you should feed your baby ONLY THIS until she has had two 'one poop a day' days in a row ... and then 'introduce other foods' very SLOWLY and carefully, and so that you can 'see' how her bowels 'handle' each food, and don't give her the 'diarrhea makers' any more for at least another year! Your baby is 'way too young' to be getting 'vegetables' anyway ... at 9 months, she should be getting MOSTLY formula, with a bit of 'baby cereal' and some OCCASIONAL fruit.
- How often do you feed your baby? More often normally means more dirty diapers. I used to have the same problem when my baby was 1-3 months old and eating every 2-3 hours. Right now he is 6 months old and eats every 4-5 hours with a 10 hours brake at night, and he makes only one dirty diaper. You may also try to avoid apples as they contain lots of fiber.
- Beer and hot wings will fix her right up.
- Lay off anything that is of dairy product.
- I had the same problem with my daughter. I found that anything with prunes (of course) and type of apple or apple juice and any grape or grape juice gave her horrible diarrhea. Once I cut all thae out then she was much better. hope this helps.
- rice is a very binding and bananas and applesauce that is what our pediatrician tells us for diarrhea its called the brat diet
- Duiring diarrhea stop banana to feed her. Give more liquids, otherwise she will get dehydration.
