- I think your asking a honest question. If you are putting regular store bought diapers on a baby then NO. But if you are doing cloth diapers then you need the plastic pants so when they pee they don't soak through the cloth. If you are asking because your baby is leaking out of reg diapers, you may want to try another size or just make sure when you open the diaper to put on baby you fully open it, sometimes the strechey part that goes on the babies legs gets stuck so make sure it's pulled out. Or my friend says there is something called a diaper doubler that you put in to help w/leaking.
- I do to bed. I think plastic pants are good cuse if the diaper leaks then it won't be see. Say you go see a long movies drink a big soda an pee a lot in a diaper then it leak's and you don't have plastic pant's on it will be see on your pants. So yes. Here is some help to find some
