Does anyone know if diaper companys still send you coupons for free diapers if you complain about products?

1. if you are dissatisfied with a product you use, there is a phone number on the package. Call it and tell them your issue and they will usually make it right.
2. You are more likely to get a coupon if you compliment their products.

4. I personally have never done that because it seems that a lot of people complain even when there isn't a real complaint just so they can get free diapers. If the companies have stopped doing so, that is probably why. It's a shame how some will spoil it for all the others that have honest complaints. Now, that being said. If you have a complaint, you shouldn't have to even ask the question, just go ahead and complain to the company, if they send you a coupon, then be thankful, if they don't, then be content with the thought that your complaint may have helped improve their product.
