where do you get the coupons for free packs of diapers/wipes?

i've seen them being sold on ebay and was wondering if anyone knew how to get them

1. well if they are getting sold, but they are suppossed to be free...why buy them?...check online/newspapers etc. even if its $2 off its better than paying money for free coupons.
2. i have went online and got free subscriptions to baby magazines, and they are full of coupons for diapers. Or, just go type in free diapers at yahoo. hope i could help!
