Baby coupons/itmes? What do you think about cloth diapers?
Does any one know sites or places to get good baby coupons on diapers/tolietries etc? I am due in a couple of months and trying to find ways to save money. Also I have been thinking about using cloth diapers. Does this save money (in the long run) or does it equal about the same or more? Does it make the baby break out in rashes? Any adive or info would be very appreciated. Thanks.

- Every baby is different with clothes diapers. I'd recommend buying some and maybe only use them 2-3 times a week verses everyday. They will only save you money if you wash them yourself and don't use a service...very time consuming but great for the environment. Look on craigslist for people selling items. Kids outgrow things so fast that sometimes people sell them for cheap.
- go to huggies.com and pampers.com and sign up. theyll send coupons. and also get your local paper on sun. theres always a diaper coupon and prob some others too that will pay for the paper. try out generics...some are worse some are the same. let you and your baby be the judge!
- I'm sorry, i cant give exact numbers... I got a catalog in the mail, i think it was kooshies or bumkins.... or something around that.. it was for cloth diapers. It had a very interesting article in it about the benefits of using cloth. (I use huggies) It showed the average amount of diapers, till the child was out of them, and the cost to go along with that. Now, cloth diapers and the covers and stuff to go along with it are expensive. But, in the long run, the chart showed that it's cheaper that way. I couldn't imagine that cloth would be much different then disposable diapers when it comes to rashes. Best of luck to you
