1. Depends...lol sike depends aren't that good I would try attends and maybe a few store brands, depending on how much you wet or mess and any other problem you might have. Try attends first then maybe the CVS brand ones work pretty decent but the tapes can be troubling.
2. You don't mention why you need to wear diapers, whether it is just for wetting or messing too. For me, I have found that cloth diapers work the best. Yup, the good old fashioned cloth diapers and plastic pants like I wore when I was a baby. I wear the same now. I have some form fitting diapers and plastic pants that I wear most of the time. If i'm put into a position where I can't use the cloth diapers then I use Depends, I've found them to be the most absorbent of all the different ones I've tried. If you also have a messing problem and you have concerns about cloth, Depend makes an insert that you can put into a diaper that helps extend the absorbency of their disposable diapers but they also work well as a liner for cloth diapers and will help keep the cloth cleaner when you mess them.
