I'm in my mid 20s and I wear adult diapers for comfort, convenience etc... And tonight ive got a date? How do i convince my girlfreind to change my diapers?How do i break it to her?Where going to be eating at olive garden and i want to tell her over dinner? How do i approach this and get her to do it?

If there is no medical reason, you better get used to live without diapers. If there is the necessity of wearing adult diapers, I am not sure, whether it is necessary that someone else has to change them for you. If that is the case, I am sure your girlfriend will understand, but still might refuse to do it, because it might occur awkward for her (at least it would feel like that for me). If she loves you, I am sure she will help you. But if all this is a matter of liking and preference for diapers instead of using the toilet like any other adult.... ...then I do not know.... sounds crazy to me, sorry.
