I have to wear adult diapers for medical reasons?

Do you think people notice this? Have you ever noticed/suspected an incontinent person was wearing an adult diaper in public before, and were you disgusted at it? And no, this is not a fetish- believe me I'd be out of these in a heartbeat if I could be. I just think maybe there's a stigma.

1. Its really not that noticeable. But I must say I once noticed an old guy that pooped himself in public, but that was from the smell, not just by looking.
2. You gotta do what you gotta do. I'm in the medical field and see this sort of thing a lot. Would you rather people see wet pants? or worse? This is the better of two evils. Maybe your problem could be corrected by surgery? I have a friend who wet her pants till she was in 9th grade. There wasn't anything wrong with her, that's just the way she was. See your Dr. there are also pills that you can take before bed that will help. You KNOW there are soooo many elderly people out there that wear these, have you ever noticed anyone else wearing one? I'm sure your feeling like a teenager who has a pimple on her face. It always feels way bigger than it really is.
3. if you're wearing baggy jeans then no. so i suggest wearing baggy jeans, and don't worry about it. nobody's perfect
4. Many of us have to do things we don't want, and then there are others who have the freedom to pick what they want to do. What are you??? If you wear it because you leak then stop leaking. Remember how you use to pee and at the end you would work that mussel down there to get the rest of it out? Well if you don't exercise you get lazy and if you get lazy then you leek. Exercise it, and stop leaking. Believe me it works, I use to leak too till I started exercising it. Can do it anywhere at the computer, eating, driving it is easy.
5. I once noticed, but she was without a spare and it was the leaking that made it noticeable. Was I disgusted? Naw. Things happen.
6. I'm incontinent and I too wear diapers 24 / 7 and I have worn both disposable and cloth diapers with plastic pants out in public and to work and no one even at work suspected until I told them. I told them because I had the same concerns that you did. I no longer worry about it since they told me they never knew. I'm not more confident when I go out and I'm not constantly looking over my shoulder guessing whether someone noticed. Besides, if they notice it is probably because they wear diapers themselves and know what to look for. Just relax and wear your diapers and don't worry about it, you're just fine. Good luck.
