- You may wish to research some Pro Dommes (Professional Dominatrix/Mistress) and call them. Many have web sites listing services they will and will not provide. When you find one that lists your fetish, call and inquire with them where to make your purchases. Not only may you find your diapers, but you may also find clothing or get a referral to a seamstress to make the clothing, booties, diaper covers, etc. You may strike out the first few people you call, but you will likely have luck that way if your more conventional searches aren't working.
- If you are talking disposables then you aren't going to have much luck, they just don't exist unless someone is customizing regular adult diapers themselves and reselling them. Sometimes you can find wide scotch type tape with characters on it and use that as the strip across the top of the diaper front. If you want cloth, then there are many many places on the internet that are adult baby aware and make cloth diapers for adults with baby type prints. Just do a google search for adult cloth diapers.
