What are some links to some cute diaper bags that look more like purses than diaper bags?
I have been looking for something cute that is not that expensive. I can't really afford a $95 Vera Bradley one, even though that is the most attractive one I've seen, and I don't feel right about asking for it for a gift. thanks so far. I will definitely check out Wal-Mart.

- Don't feel bad for registering for it. People will only buy it if they can afford/you need it. I would check other places as well. They may have something off brand that you like just as much for way cheaper because the "purse" look it starting to become more a fashion statement.
- Here is a link to a lands end do it all diaper bag. You can read reviews of it on epinions. It looks nice and its cheap. http://www.landsend.com/pp/DoItAllDiaperBag-67854_109422_-1.html?CM_MERCH=PAGE_67854
- I don't know your feelings on Wal Mart but they have some that look like purses... their bags are around 20 to $25. I just looked at the Website and they have some that are really pretty... One is a green velveteen with a Floral design on the front and the other is a really pretty Red Asian bag.. They are both $19.95 And at www.jennysbags.com has some that are kinda cute and they are only $35 and they have a matching changing pad. www.ebags.com has some pretty ones but the prices aren't much better than the Vera Bradley one. I'll keep looking.. At www.babybrowns.com (click on view all diaper bags and then to D. bags under $100. ) they had some really cute ones for around $35 also. Good Luck I hope these help. I will update my posting if I find any more for you.
- I am a purse lover myself here is a great website for a mom who likes the purse look but the flexibility of a diaper bag! http://www.pokkadots.com/items.cfm/pcid/69/cid/56/&kID=604 enjoy and notice there are a lot of pages
- Actually Target has some very cute diaper bags that look just like purses. They are one of the cheaper places too. I bought mine at Babies-R-US but I don't know if you have one around you. Both have online sites so you could always check them out if you have neither around you. Also if you can't find one in the baby section look at actual purses some of them are really cute and are big enough to hold the baby stuff.
- Go to the link below. These diaper bags are from Baby Phat by Kimora Lee Simmons. THEY ARE OVER $80 BAGS ON SALE FOR $40!!!!!!!!!! http://www.babyphat.com/nshop/product.php?dept=shop&category=handbags&groupName=DiaperBags&view=listing&both=yes&dept=shop&category=handbags
- Frankly, I just used purses! It's not like there's a diaper bag police! I used a small zippered vinyl packet (I actually took it out of one of my pieces of regular luggage.) I filled it with two diapers and an emergency onesie. One toy and a travel wipes container and you're good to go! You can always add a small rolled receiving blanket. Most of those fit into regular sized purses, and the vinyl packet is not only easy to move from purse to purse, but keeps the items clean.
- Personally, I like just going thrift-scrounging and I found THE AWESOMEST bag. It's a small-ish bag, kind of funky with "jacks" on it and covered in vinyl. It is probably a tote bag but I use it as a diaper/purse/tote/bag thing. Any bag that you want to use is a good diaper bag. And as a general rule, the "diaper" bags fall apart really quickly. I don't know about the Vera Bradley brand, and how sturdy it is, but the actual diaper bags I've used just went to crap within a few weeks.
