- my dog uses it when she has her period....
- no but i have heard of it and my friend Cindy has a pomeranian and she puts a doggy diaper on him
- i think they are just meant for females in heat, not urine or feces.
- well my friends dog isn't fixed and gets periods so she has to wear them. they seem to like them, worked better than her little brothers underwear and pads. but you'd probably have to clean the dog up which is probably pretty gross.
- Dog diapers have normally been used for female dogs while in heat only. I have never owned females and don't know if they work or not. I can say this much...I've never known a dog to leave anything alone that is put on them...whether it be a bandage, a scarf or whatever...so I'd expect the dog to chew it off.
- Absolutely yes. But the dog diaper is not for healthy, normal every day dogs and is not an alternative to proper house-training. The dog diapers are for puppies when house-training cannot go on due to traveling or visiting someone else's home, for older dogs with bladder problems and for female dogs in heat that bleed. I made my own dog diapers because I know how to sew... I made two, so that I could have it wear one, and could have the other one in the wash in case there was a leak - I used disposable feminine pads to absorb (the blood, she was in heat).
- I have used them for dogs that have come into heat. If you use them use them only when you are out of your home while you are home work on house training. It would be OK to use at night to
- Dog daipers are for dogs who are incontinent or are in heat. If you want to use it for training purposes or you don't want to train, it won't work. It hinders the training process. I used one when my dog was in heat and it gave her a bladder infection. Vet said it was because it smothered the privates so to speak. Potty training young is the only way to save yourself a major pain in the a** later.
- dogs dont need diapers..dogs arent hard to house train/crate train there only for female dogs in heat usually..thats just cuz you dont want blood everywhere.
- You can use them but they are really only recommended for animals that have lost bladder function or for being for a female dog that is in heat. Either way I would go talk to your vet and see what they would recommend.
- No, and it is not comfortable for your dog. If you train your dog properly, and let them out when you are supposed to they are not necessary, and I would NEVER suggest it. It is RIDICULOUS!
- This is a good idea for when you are house training a dog. Like you can let it wear it at night, but I don't think you should keep the diaper on it all the time because it probably won't like it.
- i have used 1 when my dog goes into heat so she will not bleed all over the place
- NO "smart remarks"??? HOW can you POSSIBLY avoid them w/such an ASININE question??? LMAO!!! That's REALLY dim, dear.
- No,because that is a waste of money it works, but any ol boxers can cure that(not the dog kind)we did it on our dog
- Dog diapers I believe are for the purpose of when the female is in heat to keep her from bleeding on everything.
