Chart for daily activities at babysitter?
My cousin is babysitting my 6 month old daughter and i would like to know everything that goes on while she is babysitting. Is there a chart or anything that i can find on the internet to give to her daily to fill out when she eats sleeps and gets her diaper changed?

- I know my state has one that licensed sitters have to use, you might check if your state has one. Other than that, why not just have her note on a piece of paper what you want to know or in a journal?
- I have babysat for my sister 6 years and for other ppl 2 yrs or so. You could always make up your own on the computer!! Times Baby Ate & how many oz: # of Wet Diapers: # of Solid Diapers: Time baby napped: etc.. I did this for my sister for a long time. It's a wonderful idea to have babysitters do this about your child that way you can keep track of how the baby is doing. ..i've tried looking for a chart on the net even that you could have your babysitter fill out, but I cannot find one.
