Luvs Diapers Questions
Luvs diapers? Does anyone use Luvs diapers? Do you recomend them? Are they really as good as Huggies or Pampers? Do they make them in small sizes? I was looking for some newborn size Luvs at WalMart today and I couldnt find anything less that a size 3. Dont know if they dont make small sizes or if WalMart was just out. I used Pampers on my daughter because I liked them better than Huggies...but I never tried Luvs.
I got a pack of the Luvs diapers and hate them what do you think? I was out of diapers for my daughter so me and my mom went to the dollar store and got Luvs because they were the cheapest ones and i didnt have alot of money left so i had to get them(I am 14 and get child support).I dont like them because they leak and it looks like she is getting a rash. Is it from the diapers? I was using Pampers Swaddlers before. Alot of people say they like them but I dont see why they do. So is the rash from the diapers?
Has anyone else had a problem with the new luvs diapers? Luvs added the new blue extra absorbancy stuff on the inside of the diaper, it seems to irritate my son's skin on his genital area and abdomin. Wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. The old luvs never bothered him. I called the company, to complain, then my damn phone died, but I have two boxes of 108 diapers, hopefully I will be refunded.
How many of you moms like LUVS diapers? Olivia is 5 months and I tried Luv's diapers for the first time...and they work out pretty well, my sister said once she starts crawling I'll find they won't be so great anymore...any input?
Are there any Luvs diapers that stretch? My mother-in-law bought me some Luvs diapers from the dollar store, and they don't work at all! They won't even stretch to fit my baby. The tabs won't even reach around her tummy to connect to the front of the diaper. And they are the correct size for her. Anyone else have this happen? Do they make any Luvs that have stretchy tabs? I always read about how Luvs are supposed to be the best. Well, the ones I have suck!

Do they still make Luvs Overnight diapers? I currently using the Huggies Surpreme Diapers in size 3 and my son is only 15 pounds and still soaks through these. I don't know if I want to try the Huggies Overnights, because I'm afraid that he will leak through these too.
Do Luvs diapers work better on girls than boys? Me and my best friend were pregnant at the same time. I had a boy and she had a girl. She swore by Luvs and just loved them. I used them once on my son and they leaked all over the place and I swore I'd never use them again. Got his clothes all wet and everything. Well, a few years later, she got pregnant again and had a boy. She bought some Luvs and she said they leaked on her son! She was so disappointed that she couldn't use them, and I said see, I don't think Luvs work good on boys! Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Luvs diapers don't have purple stripes anymore? I just bought a box of Luvs diapers and they didn't have the purple stripes that they usually do. Anyone else get some like this? Is this a new thing for Luvs? Luvs diapers....I thought they were good? Has anyone else found this to happen wih luvs diapers? Sometimes the sides will split open while my daughter is wearing them and the little absorbant cotton beads inside of them fall out? Its not because she's wearing a size too small, these seem to fit her perfectly...
Are Luvs Brand Diapers Any Good? I LOVE pampers diapers, but for someone on a tight budget and payes taxes they are just flat out unaffordable, lol... I purchased Berkley and Jensen Brand and they are horrible, he pees right through them... But LUVS seem to be reasonably priced....are they any good? Luvs diapers? Stretchy tabs? How to know? How to tell if I am getting a package with stretchy tabs? I have been buying cases and no problem they have all had stretchy tabs but then my hubby brought home ones without and i dont think there was a packaging difference, help, my 2 yr old doesnt fit into the non stretchy size 4s anymore and dont want to screw up again. where would i get them for sure stretchy? also who has luvs cases and huggies size 2 cases the cheapest? so far at hyvee 16.99 for 92 pull ups wont work yet as she thinks the potty chair (and toilet) are from the devil lol, well she does like the one at a mall 45 min from our house...
To parents who have used LUVS diapers? are they worth it, or do they cost the same as huggies because you end up having to use more of them?

Pampers, Huggies, Luvs Diapers.? When I use Pampers diapers, they are highly scented, and my baby gets diaper rash from them. Does anyone else have this problem? What about Luvs? They are scented slightly and she has a rash now & we have been using Luvs for a few weeks. Why are Luvs & Pampers scented, but Huggies aren't and Huggies are the most expensive? WHich ones are the best protection for leaks? I think Huggies are the best, but I'd like other's opinions.
Allergic to LUVS diapers?!? Has any one else had a baby allergic to LUVS diapers? I switched from Pampers because LUVS are cheaper and my son kept breaking out into what looked like hives only in his diaper area. I just switched back to Pampers today and hopefully things will get better.

People love luvs diapers but what about the wipes? Has anyone ever used Luvs wipes? I've used the diapers and while I did like them, they just didnt fit my son correctly (talk about a disappointment to my wallet!!). So I'm back to the swaddlers. Looking for a way to save money on wipes. I didnt like Target whatsoever or the Parents Choice wipes. I like huggies better than pampers too, except for the Pampers Sensitive because of how clothlike they are, theyre good on my babys bum. So have you used Luvs wipes, what did you think of them? Which brand might they be comparable to so I have an idea? thanks!!!

Do you Love Luvs diapers? I used the other brands in the beginning but quickly found luvs and am amazed that the other brands are still selling! They are thinner but hold so much and not to mention they are cheap! Has anyone had issues with them or know why they are so cheap? I have heard the scent complaint before... I don't think its too strong and kind of like it but then again I thought the other diapers smelled bad that were unscented so I guess it all depends on your own nose! My son pees ALOT! and he never leaks... I have him in a size 4 though while the girl I watch that is a few months older is still in a 3... she doesn't pee as much and the bigger size isn't way too big so it works. If I kept him the 3 he would leak so I upped the size. I actually used huggies at first and still have a full bag cause he would always leak out the sides.
Anyone know anything about LUVS diapers? My boy has always worn Huggies or Pampers because I HATE leaks. Who doesn't? Anyway, LUVS are so much less expensive. I was thinking about switching him over. What's your experience with the new Luv's diapers? How are they? I had an old package with the non-stretchy sides and didn't like them. Are they new ones any good? i want to try to use cloth diapers, i jsut have a few questions? i was looking into the all in one with pockets that you jsut wash and put on the baby again. but i was also looking into gerber plastic covers and prefolds. i dont think i would like them as much but i was looking for somthing a little less expencive, the good brand of cloth diapers (the all in one easy to use things) are soooo expencive, even off of ebay. i dont think it would help in the long run. we only pay $20 for a pack of disposible paper diapers (luvs) adn we get 120 in the box. one cloth diaper can cost as much as 1 box of diapers. has anyone used the gerber covers adn the prefolds? waht do you suggest i do?i have always wanted to give cloth diaper a try, im all about saving money. what do you think? im about saving money adn i hear that cloth diapers are suppose to be less expencive but i dont see that? why? well, crazy, i use them for that too. thats when i got to thinking about jsut trying cloth diapers, but is does seem like a lot of work

Luvs and a diaper rash? So my husband and I bought a box of Luvs diapers after using Pampers for the first 8 months. My son got his first diaper rash about a week or so ago and I have been gobbing on A&D cream but it doesn't seem to work. Just two days ago I bought Pampers again because he never got a diaper rash with Pampers. Now two days later his diaper rash is healing very well and I haven't been using A&D cream. Is it possible that it was just the Luvs diapers causing the rash?
What diapers REALLY protect against leaks at night? My daughter is 18 months old and sleeps through the night and lately has been getting up between 5am-6am due to the fact that her diaper is soaked. Which store brand diapers do you like the best? My daughter is a size 4 and currently using Huggies Snug & Dry. I love Pamper's but to expensive Tried Target's brand - terrible. What are some cheaper brand diapers that are good for sensitive skin? My son has very sensitive skin and breaks out in diaper rashes a lot (even though I do change him frequently). So far Pampers, and Luvs all break him out. Huggies have gaps at the legs and he leaks through them. Seventh Generation work great, but we just can't afford them. should I exchange the store brand diapers I got at my baby shower or use them? I have 6 bags of size 1 diapers that are not the brand I really like. It would kinda hard for me to have to drag all 6 bags and two small kids to the store to exchange them (hubby in iraq) should I just use them or go to the trouble to exchange them? About diapers? I have found that the new Luvs diapers are identical to Pampers and i love and use both. I want to know why is it that some baby's leak in a certain brand while others don't? I only want to know why some people claim that a certain diaper leaks or doesn't fit right, or don't hold as much, etc. with their baby that others it might be the oposite. Luv's diapers a waste of money?? i recentley have been using luv's diapers on my 3 month old and they constantly leak no matter what. luvs diapers? anyone else think they are awful I have used huggies and pampers but I got luvs at my baby shower too so of course I figured I betteruse them my son has wet through them numerous times and I'm not going very long w/o changing seems like they are good for 1 pee he's breastfed and has pooped out of them too they have no stretch and the little tapes tear off too i've wasteda lot b/c the tapes tear off they spend sooooo much on advertising I thought they'd be good diapers but nope I guess this is one case where you really get what you pay for huh!!!!!

Ive worked in an infant daycare center for over 4 years. I used the same size as other diapers and they had leaked for me. Parents choice diapers work good but they dont have the nice stretchy sides which do not look as comfortable on my daughter when she sits up or is moving around my daugther has a chubby belly and she needs the stretchy so that her stomach isnt squished

cheap diapers..? ok so i have a 5 month yr old and i have been using luvs diapers.. they have worked great for me but when i went to target today to buy some i saw the target brand diapers and i bought htem instead because they were 4 dollars cheaper and seemed liek they would work just as well.. has anyone used them before? are does anyone recommend a different off brand of diapers? thanks for the help.. and i have to say i hate huggies as well.. they leak, i got a lot of huggies from a baby shower when she was first born and they were the worst!!

Are Luv's diapers that great? I have been using pampers swaddlers, and just switched into huggies supreme. Due to my daughter will sleep around eight hours a nite (thankfully). And when she would wake up in the mourning she was soaked. I have switched to the huggies and no leaks during the nite! Yay! However I just don't like them they seem so rough feeling to me. I have tried the pampers cruiser and they are still to big for her, and I have a hard time finding the swaddlers in the size "2-3" expect for a small package and I hate buying a small package. The pampers baby dry and garbage to me I hate them. I have seen the new Luv's commericals and know they are also made by P&G and I'm wondering are they good or also garbage. Having trouble with diapers? My son pee's alot, and I currently use Luv's diapers. I am having trouble with them leaking through and then his clothes get soaked. Any suggestions? 15 yr old, wants diapers? My 15 year old son, wants to wear diapers, He just wants to wear them at night... generic diapers? when we had our baby we got a lot of packs od diapers as gifts. we got luvs pampers and huggies brands. we liked the huggies the best so thats what we've been using but they are just so exspensive. we HATED the luvs we still have a hundred pack that we dont use. they are really plasticy and not very stretchy. is there a generic diaper that is soft and stretchy and as absorbent as huggies or pampers?
Luvs vs. Pampers? So I have been using Pampers for a while now. I have ventured out to generic brands several times but cant take the leaks so I always go back to Pampers. I have been looking for ways to pinch pennies so I took another look at diapers. I have really given Luvs a good try b/c I figured it was just another cheap brand that would leak but yesterday I noticed that Luvs was made by Proctor and Gamble who also makes Pampers. For the mommy's still using diapers? Luvs just came out with new diapers that have stretchy tabs (like Huggies or Pampers) and they work GREAT! I received an e-coupon for buy 1 get 1 free on them from Target and I'm sharing with you because its a great deal. They only come in size 3 and up right now, they are in the same Luvs packaging but they have a bear in the corner of the package and says something about "bear stretch tabs". Anywho...just print and take it to Target and get your diapers! his diapers don't make it all night? my 10 month baby boy get up criying because is diapers dont make it, i used huggies nigth, pampers, luvs, what do you recommend me? thanks i do get up and change him ! thats why i want another solution for not to weik to baby up ! and hi can sleep DRY ALL NIGHT. Diapers, Diapers, Diapers? Diaper shopping used to be so easy they only had sizes 1, 2, 3 and maybe 4s. You would think a mom to 4 all ready would be confident when it came to diaper shopping NOPE! Since my son is finally potty trained I decided I would take the money I was using for his diapers and start getting diapers for the new baby due in Oct. I'm standing in the diaper aisle and literally I started tearing up looking at all the brands, different sizes and stages. Sizes have overlapping weights and different brands have different sizes. FYI: I used pampers with my son and Luvs with my daughters. I really like the stretchy sides of the pampers as he seemed to stay in 1 size longer and they didn't leak like Luvs did on him but I'm open to suggestions. Also my kids have all been fairly small at birth 5 lbs 2 oz, 6 lbs 4 oz, 7 lbs even, and 5 lbs 14 oz. What sizes should I buy and about how many? Should I get some preemie ones or not bother? what brands do you perfer and why? Thanks!
Disposable Diapers? Which disposable diapers do you feel are the best for the baby and are somewhat earth friendly. I have heard of chlorine free diapers and cotton filled instead of gel filled diapers. I have been to both stores in my areas and have not found anything but Huggies, Pampers, Luvs and Parents Choice. They don't seem to have anthing like what I mentioned above. Is there any other diaper out there that is disposable that is better for baby and planet than the 4 above that I mentioned. You can give your opinion on the whole cloth verses disposable diaper, but I would like some honest opinions on the disposable diaper and info on any kind of biodegradable earth friendly type disposable. Thank you.
Wal-Mart brand diapers vs. name brand diapers? Have you used the Wal-Mart brand diapers (White Cloud) or Costco brand (Kirkland) disposable diapers and found them to be just as good or better than Pampers or Luvs? I'm debating on offering them to customers but want some feedback before I do to see if there is a need for "generic" brand diapers.
Diaper Review-Hey all you thrifty moms out there -What are the best store brand or cheap diapers out there??? So far I have tried Target brand's Care Bear Diapers (they are pretty good) and I've tried Walmart's Parent's Choice Brand (they are OK) - What ones have you tried -plese list store names and what you thought of them - and tell which ones you like the best- As for the name brand I think Luvs are best cause they dont leak much - Huggies were awful when I tried them -they leaked really bad- and Pampers weren't that great either plus they're more expensive -I got a free sample of White Cloud's New diapers and they were real nice except I cant find them in the stores yet- I want to try Publix Diapers but haven't heard anyone else who's tried them-Please let me know your input.. You would think my baby girl was a diaper model as much as I've tried different ones for her!!!LOL!!!
which diaper is more absorbent ; pampers or luvs? ok i'm doing a science project and i need to know which one is more absorbent.
does any one else have problems with huggies diapers? i've tried almost every brand of diapers huggies suck nb are way to big and 1s leak (yes i know how to put a diaper on)just curious. and does anyone have a good brand (besides luvs i dont like those either there not stretchy on the top and when you have a skwirmy baby you need something you can work with)
What diapers do you use? My daughters is m/o and I am looking for another diaper brand and I am trying to save money. We use Pampers Cruisers now and they are fine. I tried Luvs but they seemed to sag a lot and did leak also. Has anyone tried the store brands? Do they stretch to fit? Any advice or experiences would help! Thank goodness I wont have to worry about diapers for too much longer! I usually am sorry when I go cheaper and I dont know why I try. Are the original pampers and huggies as good as cruisers and supreme?
