What are the best, easiest, most convenient cloth baby diapers? I am absolutely overwhelmed looking at the endless products available/necessary for cloth diapering! I used cloth diapers for my babies (many years ago) and there was basically 1 choice. You got a cloth diaper, plastic pants and diaper pins and you learned how to put it together. NOW - there are diaper "systems". How do you know what is needed, which is most convenient, and best for baby and new mother both? I am looking for a great product for my soon to arrive grandson. Has Anyone Tried Especially for Baby diapers at Babies R Us? I noticed that all sizes are on sale for $10 the day after Thanksgiving and wondered if they were any good. Which brand of disposable diapers can cause a baby to have diaper rash more often? My 1 year old son seems to constantly have diaper rash. I have started using baby powder and letting his butt air out for about 30 minutes every day, and it has helped wonderfully. But I have read that the absorbent gel in the diapers can cause a rash. I just wanna know different opinions out there. Which brand can cause diaper rash the most and which brand can cause it the least. Also, which diapers have the least about of gel in them? Thanks!

Can I use a newborn baby diapers for my lhasa apso? Who is in heat? If you use cloth diapers, does your baby wear a bigger size because of bulk? I guess it might depend somewhat on what type of cloth diapers you're using? Anyway, I'm about to buy some prefolds + covers, and also some pocket type diapers, and was curious about how much bulk there is going to be, like in a onesie. Will my baby need to wear a bigger size, since I'm guessing clothes aren't usually cut to allow room for cloth diapers anymore?

How often should a father be expected to change baby diapers? I'm thinking he really shouldn't be expected to unless his wife is really sick. If he does it any other time that is a bonus for his wife. The reason being is that men don't have that maternal instinct like women do so it just isn't in our nature. Should Baby Diapers be Changed in Public? My sister and brother-in-law have a 2 year old. They occasionally change his diapers in public places. One time, it was at the table in a restaurant. When I questioned them about this, they said they thought it was ok. They mentioned they've done this in shopping carts too. I think it's gross. If there is a private place to take the child, I think they should use it. I think changing in public should only be a last resort. Am I off base on this?

what size diapers for baby shower? i was like 6.5 lbs when born and pretty small and petite (5'2, 110 before pregnant) so i dont think my baby will be over 7.5lbs. when born.(its a girl) what size diapers should i ask for for my baby shower? some people say you only need 1 pkg. of size 1 so should i ask for size 1 and 2. i dont want to get a bunch of diapers that are the wrong size. thanks!
